1. RATES

	All rates are quoted per room per night in US Dollars - inclusive of 21% government tax and service charges and are quoted in US Dollars.
	All rates are valid for all the booking done through bali-hotels-budget.com and not for a booking direct to the hotel.

2. CANCELLATION POLICY

	Cancellation should be done before 7 days prior to arrival date on normal season OR 14-21 days prior to arrival date on high season period (unless negotiated).
	Failing to cancel the booking within the cancellation period, a cancellation fee will be applied.
	Early check out will be charge 2 nights penalty on low season and full nights values on high season. High season : July & August Peak season : 20 December - 10 January

3. RESERVATION PROCEDURES

 

	A firmed reservation should be guaranteed by a valid credit card (Visa/Master/Amex) or one night deposit by bank transfer
	A guarantee credit card will not be charged except for any cancellation done as described on point 2 above.
	Hotel voucher will be issued once the credit card details and will be faxed to respective hotels as a guarantee of staying. Voucher can be sent to costumer via fax if necessary

4. PAYMENT PROCEDURES

	All payment will be collected by our representative upon arrival in Bali for normal check in time, or will be collected on the day after arrival for a late check in at the hotel
	In particular high season, prepayment via Bank transfer is required in advance.
