1. RATES

• All rates are quoted per room per night in US Dollars - inclusive of 21% government tax and service charges and are quoted in US Dollars.
• All rates are valid for all the booking done through bali-hotels-budget.com and not for a booking direct to the hotel.

2. CANCELLATION POLICY

• Cancellation should be done before 7 days prior to arrival date on normal season OR 14-21 days prior to arrival date on high season period (unless negotiated).
• Failing to cancel the booking within the cancellation period, a cancellation fee will be applied.
• Early check out will be charge 2 nights penalty on low season and full nights values on high season.
  • High season : July & August
  • Peak season : 20 December - 10 January

3. RESERVATION PROCEDURES

• A firmed reservation should be guaranteed by a valid credit card (Visa/Master/Amex) or one night deposit by bank transfer
  
• A guarantee credit card will not be charged except for any cancellation done as described on point 2 above.
  
• Hotel voucher will be issued once the credit card details and will be faxed to respective hotels as a guarantee of staying. Voucher can be sent to costumer via fax if necessary

4. PAYMENT PROCEDURES

• All payment will be collected by our representative upon arrival in Bali for normal check in time, or will be collected on the day after arrival for a late check in at the hotel
• In particular high season, prepayment via Bank transfer is required in advance.
